As a Sjogren's Syndrome (SS) patient suffering from severe nasal damage since 1981, I use saline solution all day long as well as throughout the night. I was pleased when your letter arrived in December. I received a free bottle of Na-Zone and Derm-Apply several years ago as a Sjogrens' patient and they were effective. I was bothered by excessively dry and itchy skin and daily use of Derm-Apply was a God send. The Na-Zone is excelent too, but I don't seem to be bothered too much in that area. Your products are excellent.
